A 16h54, si j’en crois ma boite mail, j’ai reçu le mail de confirmation du paiement effectué ce matin. Le mail était considéré comme un spam, mais SeeTicket et l’organisation du festival précisaient bien que cela pouvait arriver. Donc, pas de problème.
Un autre détail, le mail est arrivé avec un récapitulatif de l’adresse donnant deux fois le nom de la ville, et pas le nom du Pays. En voici la copie:

Ce bug est embêtant car il porte sur l’adresse de livraison des tickets… Par ailleurs il est stipulé qu’ils peuvent être livrés la semaine avant le festival, autant dire qu’il vaut mieux éviter un bordel d’adresse.
Je suis donc allé sur le site de SeeTickets, où on peu consulter ses commandes en cours à l’aide de son numéro de carte bancaire et son adresse e-mail. J’ai pu alors constater que l’adresse était correcte, y compris le nom du pays. N’OUBLIEZ PAS DE PRÉCISER LE PAYS DANS VOTRE ADRESSE!
